I having been wishing for an ice cream maker since last summer. Finally, I have it and am having a great time trying out recipes! The first one was Chocolate Raspberry, a dairy free recipe made with coconut milk base. Today, Creme Fraiche, which is even better in my opinion.
Raspberries and chocolate... mmmm! I just bought one, as well, so that I can make ice cream for my daughter who is allergic to dairy. And mine tastes sooo much better that dairy free store bought!
